*Please note that "no-shows" or late-notice cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time) will be charged 50% of session fee for
acupuncture, massage, and athletic therapy; or one full session for personal training.

At CORE Training and Therapy, when members purchase a 1
month membership or longer, they receive a program set-up - a
detailed exercise regime incorporating the body’s major muscle
groups. This program set-up includes musculoskeletal and core
body strengthening, stretching and cardiovascular exercises. Being
non-commissioned based and having no sales department, program
set-ups are designed by degreed kinesiologists.
